These are the insulated sectional overhead door of which the section is produced by a process of high performance and which is isolated by freon free polyurethane of 40 mm thick. The maximum measures of the door are 6000x2500 mm (width x height). This door is very popular in complexes as it is affordable. I personally like this garage door, as I have installed this door it in many security complexes and have had many good comments about them. The door is made of sections that form a door sheet, springs with a spindle and cable cylinders that form a balancing mechanism, control buses, vertical and horizontal buses on which the door moves. We give a warranty to you for 10 years for the corrosion of material. It is manufactured with finger protection profile - produced by preparation process conducted by a computer - isolated by freon free polyurethane of ~40 mm thick between sections - external and internal surfaces are of galvanized steel sheet covered by polyester paint - heights of sections are 605 mm and 495 mm We offer different shades of colour such as standard shades are white RAL9016, dark brown RAL 8017 and silver RAL9006. Other shades can be ordered on the basis of our stock Gaskets Gaskets are made of -30+50 EPDM rubber that is resistant against frost and sun. Upper gasket - modeled after the bending of the lintel Lower gasket - two lipped lower gasket modeled after the bending of the floor but it is recommended to recast a straight and perpendicular floor +/- 5 mm at the opening of the door in view of use comfort. Side gasket - the control bus is attached by sliding surface which in turn is attached to a side gasket of rubber. It is there to avoid the invasion of rain and snow into the building.
